Refund & Return Policy for Photography Art
I want you to love the art you purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how I handle returns and refunds for both in‑person and online purchases.
Returns & Refund Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (online orders) or purchase date (in‑person sales).
Artwork must be returned in original, unused condition, (unmounted and without scratches) including packaging, certificates, and any included materials.
Custom, personalized, or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the artwork is received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
For online orders, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned non‑defective artwork. This covers handling, inspection, and repackaging.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
I will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping, depending on availability.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed within the 7‑day return window.
If the new piece is a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
